Reason Hosting Service Rates

This Hourly Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Reason Hosting ("Provider") and: You, the Client ("Client")

1. Purpose

This Agreement establishes the terms for hourly consulting, support, implementation, maintenance, marketing, development, and related professional services provided by Reason Hosting.

2. Standard Hourly Rate

Reason Hosting professional services are billed at:

$69.00 per hour

Time is billed in increments of:

☐ 15 minutes

☐ 30 minutes

☒ 1 hour minimum

Work performed beyond the included scope of any active monthly subscription plan may be billed under this hourly agreement.

3. Included Monthly Services

Clients with an active monthly service agreement are not billed hourly for work that falls within the scope of their subscribed service.

Examples:

Included under active monthly service:

Website hosting support, Website maintenance updates, Service-specific support covered under the plan

Examples not included:

New SEO campaign setup, Google Ads account creation or management, Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing automation, New landing pages, New website builds, New API integrations, Additional consulting outside subscribed services, New automation workflows, Strategic marketing services

Reason Hosting reserves the right to determine whether requested work falls within the subscribed service scope.

4. Discount Eligibility for Active Subscribers

Clients with an active recurring monthly agreement may be eligible for a discounted hourly rate.

Discounted Rate (subject to approval):

$59.00 per hour

Eligibility requirements:

Active monthly subscription in good standing. Requested work is outside the current service scope. Approval by Reason Hosting

Discount eligibility is not automatic and may be approved or declined at Reason Hosting's discretion.

5. Estimates and Authorization

Reason Hosting may provide estimated hours prior to beginning work.

Work may begin after approval through one of the following:

Signed proposal, Email approval, Invoice payment, Written authorization

Actual hours may vary from estimates.

6. Billing and Payment

Invoices are due:

Late payments may result in:

Work suspension, delayed delivery, and temporary pause of services

7. Emergency and Priority Work

Emergency, expedited, after-hours, weekend, or holiday requests may incur additional charges and require approval before work begins.

8. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide required access and credentials. Respond promptly to requests. Review deliverables in a timely manner. Maintain ownership or authorization for connected accounts

Delays caused by missing information may impact timelines.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Reason Hosting provides professional services and recommendations, but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

Search rankings, Advertising performance, Lead volume, Revenue growth, Platform approvals

10. Limitation of Scope

Hourly work does not create an ongoing managed service relationship unless covered under a separate recurring agreement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Client remains responsible for payment of completed work performed prior to termination.
